| PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: |
- Position to require you to be on time; if late, contact superintendent before start time.
- Position to require proper clothing including safety boots, long pants, and shirts to be worn at all times.
- Position to require you to be free of any illegal drugs and alcohol.
- Position may require you to lift 100 lbs. above knees for several hours.
- Position may require you to lift 30 lbs. above head for several hours.
- Position may require you to be on your knees or bent at the knees for several hours.
- Position may require you to walk over 3 miles a day.
- Position may require you to be out of Omaha for several days and nights.
- Position may require that you work 40 hours plus overtime hours each week.

| TASK DESCRIPTION |
| This position is described as an “installer” position. It focuses on the construction of commercial and residential fencing. Materials used in the construction of the fence might include steel products, plastics, concrete, and wood. Equipment used in the construction of the fence might include hand tools, skid loader and flat bed truck. Construction of the fence begins with laying-out the string line and marking the holes. Secondly, the holes must be dug with a skid loader, hand powered auger, and/or hand diggers. Third, the posts are set in the holes and concrete placed around the posts. When stretching fabric; the rolls are laid out and unrolled, connecting each roll together. The fabric is stretched with a cable jack and stood-up and then tied. |

| ATTENDANCE POLICY: |
- Position requires you to be at work on or before the scheduled start time.
- Position requires that if you are absent or tardy due to sickness or personal issues to contact your supervisor before your scheduled start time to notify him/her that you will be late/absent. Exceptions allowed if approved.
- Position requires that hours worked will vary each day. Employee will be notified by his/her immediate supervisor when he/she may leave the work site.
- If employee is sick or must leave work, he/she is required to contact his/her supervisor prior to leaving the work site. Exceptions allowed if approved.

| TRAINING / SAFETY |
- Position requires the employee to attend all safety meeting, equipment orientations.
- Position requires the employee to behave in a safe manner. If employee’s behavior or the behavior of others is perceived to be unsafe; employee should cease behavior and notify supervisor immediately.
- Position requires the employee to wear safety glasses, ear protection and protective clothing when deemed necessary by situation.
